Comprised of physicians, nurses, pharmaceutical representatives, pharmacists, CMA's, and members of our communities who share a common interest in increasing immunization levels in our area. Communities currently involved are located in Outagamie, Brown, Marinette, Door, Fond du Lac, Waupaca, Calumet, Winnebago, Manitowoc and Oconto Counties. Our vision is to eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases through 100% immunization rates. Our mission statement is "To establish a network of providers and consumers that promote the protection of health through immunizations". Our goals are 1). Advocate the use of a statewide immunization registry tracking system. 2). Remove barriers to immunizations 3). Educate consumers 4).
